G&T Stone provides a 30 years warranty. Please bring us your original proof of payment and fill out the warranty form (which can be obtained in our office) to activate your warranty.

We are responsible for the repair and replacement of defective products during the warranty period. Any other loss and damages that are the result of fabrication and installation of the material will not be covered under this warranty.

Teams and conditions:

  • This warranty only covers our G&T Trading Inc products.
  • This warranty only covers the materials that have been maintained and cared properly.
  • This warranty only covers the materials that are installed and not moved from their original place.
  • This warranty is not transferable. This warranty is issued to the original owner of the structure in which G&T Stone was installed and expires upon transfer of the ownership to a third party.

Exclusions:

  • This warranty does not cover improper fabrication or installation.
  • This warranty does not cover improper use of the material (physical and chemical misuse).
  • This warranty does not cover labor for re-fabricating, re-installing, and removal of our defective material. Or any other additional modification such as cabinets etc.
  • This warranty does not cover installed materials with a known issue before purchasing.
  • This warranty does not cover unreasonable explanations, for example “sample is different comparing to the actual material”.
  • This warranty does not apply to natural spots on the material that do not affect the overall quality.
  • Important! This warranty does not apply to materials that are used on the fireplace, if there is no thermal insulation done, and cracked due to excessive heat. It is the sole responsibility of the fabricator.

All final decisions and explanations of this warranty are at the sole discretion of G&T Stone Trading Inc.
